Booking is a breeze! Our live calendar displays all available appointments in real-time, allowing you to book automatically. All pre-paid bookings are confirmed, ensuring your photoshoot is secure. If the weather changes or your plans shift, you can request a refund of your down payment. If you need help, don’t hesitate to contact us before booking!
After your photoshoot, you can usually begin selecting your favorite photos for editing the same day, but no later than 72 hours. Once you’ve completed your selection and cleared any remaining payments, we’ll start the editing process, which takes 3-14 days.
You have complete control over your booking. Once you finalize it, you’ll receive a private link to your Instawalk profile, where you can easily modify your photoshoot. You can reschedule or request a refund up to 7 days before your scheduled date.
